Cigars as the government say that can be dangerous to your health but if taken not abusively is fine. My father is a smoker and loves cigars so I told him where to buy Black and Mild cigars that is really mild bu great tasting. Not that harmful to your health but you can enjoy the same enjoyment of smoking cigars that it can be his new favorite one.
