It was Sunday, but unlike any Sunday, it was my daughter’s first communion, and we were all busy at the house making the necessary preparations for this one-time event in our daughter’s life.  It was about an hour before her assembly time at the church, that I decided to check up on her and see if she had any problems putting on her communion dress. My daughter looked very special on her communion dress, and she was beaming with joy.

After her first communion, family and friends were at the house for lunch, and everyone was complimenting my daughter how great she looked.  It was then that my best friend, asked my older daughter to be one of her junior bridesmaids, and here we go again, from finding the perfect communion dress, to finding the perfect junior bridesmaid dress.  It was good thing I saved  the website where I got the communion dress, I know they had a wide selection of junior bridesmaid dresses available.  But I decided to do the online shopping for a junior bridesmaid dress tomorrow, right now I will enjoy my youngest daughter’s first communion.

Ever since my daughter saw our neighbor’s puppy, she’s been bugging me all month to get her one.  And every time we went to the mall, she’ll go into every pet shop looking for the perfect puppy for her.  So, my husband and I decided to surprise her with a puppy for her birthday.

However, my husband and I never thought getting a puppy was such a hassle, there were so many basic things to buy. We had to buy a few Dog Leashes and Collars, so that the puppy wouldn’t run off during her walks and Dog Grooming stuff, to keep her neat and smelling good.  Aside from that, there were Dog Toys for her to play with and chew, and a soft Dog Bedding to sleep on and especially Dog Food, to give her the suitable nutrition.  So, aside from the puppy, we also had to pay for all of the other stuff it needs.  But seeing my daughter’s happy and excited expression was worth every penny  it cost us.
